Q: How long will it take to receive my CD order?

A: Orders will ship within 2 weeks of receiving. All orders ship via UPS.


Q: I am not a member of Pay Pal - how can I pay for my order?

A: If you are not a member of Pay Pal, you can easily sign up. It's FREE and secure. You can then use your Pay Pal account to purchase online at other web sites as well.

A Pay Pal account is NOT required to use Pay Pal.


Q: Can I return a CD if I am not satisfied?

A: LutherKent.com will not exchange any item that has been opened or used. LutherKent.com will replace merchandise that is determined to be defective or for any errors made in shipping. LutherKent.com will not be responsible for any loss or damages of any kind due to the use or misuse of the product purchased from us. Our maximum liability to you will be limited to the cost of the product purchased. A return authorization number is required for all returns.


Q: What forms of payments do you accept?

A: Our ordering system uses Pay Pal for ordering CDs, which accepts Master card and Visa. Our Blues Shop accepts Master card, Visa, Discover Card and American Express using the ordering system of Cafe Press.
